Hi, my name is Tyron Piteau. I am a fat loss expert specializing in online fitness coaching for fat loss.
I help busy men and women lose 6-24 lbs in 12 weeks eating the foods they love.

Education & Certifications
My Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics (BHK) from the University of British Columbia (UBC). I am also a CHEK Exercise Coach and CHEK Practitioner Level 1 and 2 from the CHEK Institute and a CrossFit Level 1 and 2 coach from CrossFit.
Outside the world of fitness and health, I’m a lover of Jesus, my family, and good nutrition (which isn’t always so good ;)
