  • Personalized Fitness Program

    • 1 personalized fitness program including weekly workouts (delivered
      every 6 weeks) performed at home or the gym on your own time AND at your own pace. These workouts are EASY to follow, involve movements you will feel COMFORTABLE with, and are SIMPLE to do at your fitness level.
    • Each workout will last 40-75 minutes and will include warm-up, strength, conditioning, and cool down so that your program is well balanced and prevents muscle imbalances.
    • Delivered via my private coaching app, PT Distinction, available through your computer, phone, and other mobile devices that houses all your workouts.
    • Demonstration videos for each exercise as well as a description for how to follow the program for maximum results.
    • Form and technique coaching within 24 hours. Send in a video of you doing any movement and receive personalized form coaching feedback within 24 hours.
    • Optional: In-person 1-on-1 coaching available at $210 per 1-hour session.
  • Personalized Nutrition Plan

    • A personalized nutrition and diet plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and the foods you enjoy and love to eat with minimal sacrifices. I’m
      going to simplify your nutrition so you can stick to and stay with it longer.
    • Customized meal plan and sample days for maximum results.
    • Nutrition video call to teach you the entire diet plan and make sure you are set-up for success.
    • Unlimited feedback and meal reviews.
  • Accountability, Coaching, and Support

    • 1-on-1 accountability coaching calls monthly to keep you on the
      path and make sure you have someone to check in with. Some people need more, some people need less, I’ll tailor it to you.
    • During this call we’ll check in to see how the program is going for you, receive feedback from you and answer any questions you have, as well as help you with incorporating this program as a lifestyle so you can have the best results long-term.
    • Weekly accountability check-ins by text.
    • Unlimited email coaching support (all questions answered within 24 hours).
    • Weekly education and encouragement emails.
    • Private online group forum.
