Being available to clients in a 1-on-1 or semi-private setting helps me to really get to know them, their goals and to make everything 100% about them.

Here’s what you’ll receive:
Initial Assessment:
- 1-on-1 phone consultation with me to set the stage
- Health and history goal setting questionnaire sent after the phone consultation
- Health and history goal setting questionnaire sent after the phone consultation
- Personalized nutrition plan and diet:
- 3-hour diet and nutrition consultation via video call
- Specific macronutrient plan in regards to protein, carbs and fat
- Done-for-you meal plans, food list and recipes
- Bi-weekly check-ins to see how the diet it going and if we are on track as planned
- Personalized training program:
- Three 1-hour in-person detailed program and exercise instruction
- Training program built for your fitness level and goals
- Goal setting and progress tracking on your training
- Video access and library of all training movements
